The Disciplinary Committee had resolved to make the following rulings on players / official regarding sent-off / misconduct cases:



Hong Kong Football Association expresses sorrow over passing of Dr. Lam Kin Ming 2021-01-08

The Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) expresses deep sorrow over the passing of Dr. Lam Kin Ming. 

Dr. Lam Kin Ming dedicated to the development of Hong Kong football since the 70s. He was in significant positions in HKFA, including the Vice-Patron of HKFA, Committee Member of Football Development Committee and Chairman of the Youth Development Sub-committee. Furthermore, Dr. Lam contributed to Hong Kong football through different roles and platforms, including his role as the President of Eastern A.A Football Team. On behalf of the Hong Kong Football Association, Chairman Mr. Pui Kwan Kay extended deepest condolences to Dr. Lam Kin Ming family and friends.



HKFA “GAIN PROGRAM” online course Helping Women’s national team players make continuous improvement 2021-01-07

The pandemic that has hit Hong Kong in recent months and many football activities need to be postponed, yet the Hong Kong Football Association women’s football department has provided an online football program for the women's representative teams. The Hong Kong Football Association has organized the "GAIN PROGRAM" online football program from December 2020 to February 2021. This program helps the Hong Kong women's youth representative team players to maintain the mentality of learning football, enhance football-related knowledge, and prepare for resumption of exercises.



Eastern Long Lions striker Alessandro Leonardo claims BOC Life HKPL MVP honor October and November 2020-12-29

Powered by a series of stellar performances to start the new BOC Life Hong Kong Premier League campaign, Eastern Long Lions forward Alessandro Leonardo was handed the BOC Life Hong Kong Premier League MVP honor (October and November 2020), co-chosen by the Hong Kong Football Association and the Hong Kong Sports Press Association.



HKFA “Football for Friendship” online programme Helping local youth players make continuous improve 2020-12-28

The pandemic that has hit Hong Kong in recent months and many football activities need to be postponed, yet the Hong Kong Football Association has provided different online football programmes for different coaches and players. The Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) collaborated with the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) to organize an online programme titled “Football for Friendship”. More than two-hundred boys and girls participated in the engaging online activities to further promote cultural and knowledge exchange between coaches and young players from both Hong Kong and Malaysia.
