Refund Arrangement of International Friendly Match – Hong Kong vs Malaysia 2019-10-07

Refer to the earlier announcement regarding the cancellation of the international friendly match between Hong Kong and Malaysia, which was originally scheduled on 15 October 2019, the refund arrangement will start from 8 October 2019.

Tickets purchased for the match will be fully refunded including the service charge. Please refer to the below details:

By credit cards

Full refund (including handling charges and postage charges, if applicable) will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card used for ticket purchased for the event.

Time of completion will depend on the processing time of individual issuing banks.

By cash or PPS

1. Please bring along the physical ticket(s) to the Cityline Head Office for the period from 8 October to 7 November 2019 to process a refund. A refund in cash cheque will be made and the ticket holder shall sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.

2. Please bring along the physical ticket(s) to the HKFA Office for the period from 8 October to 7 November 2019 to process a refund. A refund in cash will be made and the ticket holder shall sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.

3. Please bring along the physical ticket(s) to the box office at the venues of all Hong Kong Premier League and local cup competitions matches for the period from 8 October to 7 November 2019 to process a refund. A refund in cash will be made and the ticket holder shall sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.

The refund arrangement will start from 90 minutes prior to match kick-off time until start of second half.

HKFA apologizes again for any inconvenience and disappointment to fans caused by the incident.
